I was fooling around online today and ended up making a new site on Cheezburger.com called Haute Cature. You can find it here. I love animals in clothing and thought it’d be cute/funny to make a site dedicated to just that.
The little guy in the above photo is my dog, Paddington. He was around 4 months old at the time of this picture.

Back to School Reading Suggestions
September 2nd, 2011There really is nothing like sitting outside and enveloping yourself inside the pages of a delicious good book. Long summer afternoons, sitting under the warm sun, and whisking yourself away to a different world, a different life.
I recently finished reading, ‘The Forgotten Garden’ by Kate Morton. What a magical story! I won’t give away any details but essentially it tells the story of three and a half generations of women. A woman in search of her grandmother’s past, finds what she never expected. There was a new mystery every time I turned the page, answers that only inspired more questions.
Needless to say, I needed to find another book to read – and fast! My addiction to reading had been reignited and I needed to feed the heat!
I had been given a book by my sister called, ‘The Millennium Girl’ by Coerte V.W. Felske. The book follows an average looking blonde through her escapades in gold digging. Interesting to say the least! Not that I condone that sort of behavior but it definitely is making for a mouth watering read so far. Lots of juicy details!
So far those are my two suggestions for back to school reads. ‘The Forgotten Garden’ (on the left) if you prefer a more classic, historical mystery story that is full of uncovered secrets – and ‘The Millennium Girl’ (on the right inside the border) if you’re looking for a more sexy, juicy read.

Despite years of working in spas, there are always little tricks I’ve used that one would never think of. In fact, even with all of the many fabulous tips I’ve picked up over the years, I’m fairly certain that some of my practices would garner a big old tsk tsk if some other pros ever found out… so naturally I’m going to put them on the Internet. Wacky as they may be, I stand by these little tricks of mine, and perhaps you’ll see some merit in them, too!
